As a Certified EOS Implementer™, Michael leverages his 20+ years of experience to help companies overcome hiring challenges. He understands the stress of scaling a business, having led teams through significant growth phases.
Michael works with entrepreneurial owners and leadership teams to achieve extraordinary results that come from clear vision, healthy teams, and strategic hiring practices. He is committed to helping businesses achieve their goals by helping reimagine the hiring process and implement innovative solutions.
At Sapphire Talent, Michael brings his passion for business growth - powered by people. He oversees finance, operations and client acquisition, ensuring that Sapphire Talent is poised to become the secret weapon behind the most talented up-and-coming businesses within the U.S.
Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, Michael was co-founder of The 4th Bin and was part of the Leadership Teams for MortageIT, a division of Deutsche Bank, The Moise Safra Center and Underground Online (UGO).
Michael lives in Manhattan with his wife, Casey, three sons, and their spoiled Bernedoodle, Milo. When he’s not helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, Michael is on the ski slopes, trying out new restaurants or traveling.
